There are seven energy points in our bodies, located along our spine – these are Chakras. The circulation of energy in each of our chakras then influences our physical and mental well-being by way of stimulation or inhibition.

Solar Plexus (Yellow) – Represents your confidence, personal power, self-love, and personality. This healing color and chakra is about freedom from shame, and being happy expressing your full self.
Heart Chakra (Green) – Represents love, integration, healing and compassion.
Throat Chakra (Blue) – Represents your self-expression, ability to communicate clearly and to speak your truth.
Third Eye Chakra (Indigo) – Represents your ability to connect to your inner vision, see the big picture, and intuition.
Crown Chakra (Violet) – Represents your ability to connect to your soul, higher self, purpose, the universe, source and the divine.
The heart represents your essential and ultimate nature, the ineffable dimension of your being. "The Heart of the man and the Heart of the Cosmos are one".
